Do I receive an order confirmation?

  • Once your order is confirmed and ready to ship, you will receive an email from us (via GLS or DHL).

  • When your order leaves our factory, a second email will be sent to you with a tracking link (be sure to check your spam folder).

  • If you do not receive an email with a tracking link or tracking updates are missing, contact us at leonardodeganci@hotmail.com providing the name or email used when ordering . We will assist you in tracking your order.

  • You can check the status of your order at any time in the “My Account” section of our site.

What is the delivery time?

FREE delivery in France and throughout Europe.

Delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • France and EU: 5-6 working days
  • USA: 9-10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 9-10 business days

Once your order is confirmed and ready to ship, you will receive an email from us (via DHL). When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email with a tracking number to track your order in real time. If you do not receive your order within the estimated time frame, please contact us at the following email address: leonardodeganci@hotmail.com

Delivery time includes receipt of your order, production and delivery. Delivery times and shipping costs are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

What to do if there is an error in the delivered product?

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is in place. This will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method as soon as possible.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for your purchases securely with PayPal, by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay.

How do I get a return label?

For any returns of merchandise, please contact customer service by email. You have 14 days to exercise your right to withdraw from an order. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can also send you a return label. The return costs are €10.00. If it proves necessary to use a specialized transport company (freight and road transport), the costs amount to €100.00. The amount will be deducted from the amount refunded. For more details, please see the Returns section. Obviously this does not apply in the event that the goods are defective.

Are the prints hand painted?

No, these are high quality generative art prints.
